Booking Policy
Booking and Registration Policies – BB Craft School
By booking or registering for a course on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment
All courses and workshops (in-person or online) must be paid in full at the time of booking or registration.
Payment Options
Payflex: Pay in 6 weekly or 3 monthly installments (available for South African students).
Yoco: Pay in full with a credit or debit card (available for both South African and international students).
Booking Policy for In-Person Courses
Bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking once to a later course date. BB Craft School must be notified at least 30 days in advance of the original booking date.
Bookings may be transferred to another person. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the course without prior notification or rescheduling, your booking will be forfeited with no compensation provided.
Details of any materials, tools, or items you need to bring will be sent to you after booking confirmation.
Policy for Online Courses
Registrations for online courses are non-refundable.
Once registered, you will retain access to course materials for self-paced completion.
For courses with live sessions, dates and times will be provided after booking confirmation.
Technical Requirements
You must have access to a computer and a stable internet connection.
BB Craft School provides design software but does not offer technical support for personal devices.
Login Credentials
Your login details must be kept private. Sharing access with others is not permitted.
Course Materials & Copyright
All course materials, whether for in-person or online courses, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of BB Craft School.
Materials must not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without explicit permission from BB Craft School.
If course materials are leaked or shared without authorization, legal action may be taken to protect intellectual property.
By booking a course, you agree to use the materials solely for personal learning and not for any other purpose.
Changes to Course Dates or Content
BB Craft School reserves the right to modify course dates, content, or live session times if necessary. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified in advance and provided with suitable alternatives where possible.
Code of Conduct (All Courses)
Respectful behavior is expected in all in-person and online sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Participants in online courses must maintain the privacy of all course content and materials, which are the intellectual property of BB Craft School.
Attendance at Own Risk
Attendance at all in-person courses is at your own risk. While BB Craft School will do its best to maintain a safe learning environment, ultimately, you are responsible for your own safety when using power tools and equipment.
Upon attending an in-person course, you will be required to sign an indemnity form, releasing BB Craft School and its associates from any liability.
BB Craft School cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained during the course.
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
