BB Craft School Booking and Payment Policy (In-Person & Online Courses)

Please read this policy carefully before booking any course or workshop, whether in-person or online. By booking a course on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment:

  • All courses and workshops (in-person or online) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payment options include:

    • Payflex: Pay in 3 instalments (available for South African students)

    • Yoco: Pay in full with a credit card (available for both South African and international students)

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • No refunds will be provided for any cancellations or rescheduling once payment has been made, for both in-person and online courses.

  • If you are unable to attend an in-person course, your booking will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be available.

  • For online courses you will retain access to course materials for self-paced completion.

Access to Course Materials (Online Courses):

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive access to course materials as per schedule and live sessions (where applicable).

Technical Requirements (Online Courses):

  • Ensure you have access to a computer, a stable internet connection, and any required software before enrolling. BB Craft School provides free design software recommendations, but technical support for personal devices is not included.

Changes to Course Dates or Content:

  • BB Craft School reserves the right to modify course dates, content, or live session times if necessary. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified in advance.
